Welcome to VoidSpot, a service provided by Airpedia Ltd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
1. Enterprise Software Subscription
VoidSpot provides revenue intelligence and CRM automation tools. Your access is granted on a subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the VoidSpot platform. You retain all rights to the data you upload (including CSV uploads for ERP and CRM data). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and necessary consents to process and upload such data to our systems.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airpedia Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. VoidSpot acts as an analytical tool; business decisions made based on its reporting remain the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Service Availability & Changes
While we strive for high availability, Airpedia Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service with appropriate notice to active subscribers.

Airpedia Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business data processed through the VoidSpot platform. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect names, email addresses, and
organizational details.
Customer Data: Data uploaded into the CRM (including financial ledgers, account
locations, and meeting histories) is processed strictly on your behalf as a data processor.
Usage Data: We collect telemetry on how users interact with our UI to improve
platform performance.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the VoidSpot platform. We do not sell your customer data, sales ledgers, or meeting information to third parties. Uploaded data is utilized strictly within your authenticated organizational workspace.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures, including database encryption, Row-Level Security (RLS), and secure transmission protocols (TLS/SSL). Data is stored within secure cloud infrastructure, and access is strictly limited based on the role permissions outlined in our User Matrix.
4. Sub-processors
We use trusted third-party service providers (such as Supabase for database hosting and Auth) to operate our platform. These providers are strictly bound by data processing agreements that mandate equivalent levels of security and confidentiality.
