Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Airpedia Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business data processed through the VoidSpot platform. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance with UK data protection laws.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you (the user) act as the Data Controller for all customer data uploaded to the platform, and Airpedia Ltd acts strictly as the Data Processor operating on your behalf.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect names, email addresses, and organizational details necessary to manage your subscription.
Customer Data: Data uploaded into the CRM (including financial ledgers, account locations, and meeting histories) is processed strictly on your behalf.
Usage Data: We collect telemetry on how users interact with our UI to improve platform performance and troubleshoot errors.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the VoidSpot platform. We do not sell your customer data, sales ledgers, or meeting information to third parties. Uploaded data is utilized strictly within your authenticated organizational workspace. You retain full ownership of all uploaded Customer Data.

3. Data Security, Storage & Backups

We implement industry-standard security measures, including database encryption, Row-Level Security (RLS), and secure transmission protocols (TLS/SSL).

  • Data Location: To ensure strict compliance and data sovereignty, all VoidSpot primary databases and Customer Data are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located exclusively in London, United Kingdom.
  • Data Loss & Liability: While we implement robust security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent backups of CSV uploads and CRM data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airpedia Ltd shall not be held liable for accidental data loss, deletion, or corruption caused by user error or catastrophic infrastructure failure.

4. Sub-processors

We engage trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our platform, specifically for secure cloud database hosting and user authentication infrastructure. These sub-processors are strictly bound by data processing agreements that mandate equivalent levels of security, confidentiality, and UK GDPR compliance. A complete, up-to-date registry of all authorized sub-processors utilized by Airpedia Ltd is maintained internally and is available to all active, authenticated clients upon request.
